How to Use

The reporting and record keeping functions of the Master Beekeeper program have been moved to this new website, which is actually an application for creating and viewing progress records and running reports of various kinds to summarize one's acheivements.

While the reporting features were mainly developed for administrators of the Master Beekeeper Program, Apprentices and Journeys will also find these functions useful in mapping their progress.

Watch these short, tutorial videos for a quick tour of the new reporting system. If you're an Apprentice, the first video is all you need to watch. For Journey level students, watch both in order. TIP: Enlarge them to Full Screen and then set the resolution to 1080 HD or 1440 HD.

This first video quickly demonstrates the basic functions and features of the new reporting system. It's for all program students.

This second video is for Journey level students and covers the additional reports and forms necessary for this level in the program.

Basic Steps to use the new system

STEP ONE - LOG IN

Click the "Login" link in the main menu above to be presented with the Login form and access the system. Your username and password which were established for you when you started as an Apprentice will also work here. However, you will need to login to this site as well.

STEP TWO - CHECK YOUR PROFILE

Click the "Personal Profile" link to check if your address, phone and other pertinent information is correct.

STEP THREE - ADD A RECORD OF ACTIVITY

If you are an Apprentice, add a Education Points Record or Field Experience Record. If you are a Journey, add a Public Service Points Record. The forms and reports to which you have access are dependent upon your level in the program.

STEP FOUR - RUN A REPORT

To see a report of your progress just click one of the main menu items. For Apprentices these include ED Points and FE Points. For Journeys, these and PS Points are submittable. Journeys can also access their Guided Study Progress.
